• Compiling an extensive mineral history for all properties in the Haynesville Shale covering several parishes in Northwest Louisiana
• Acquisition of a 20% interest in all of Chesapeake Energy's properties located in the Haynesville Shale
• Acquisition of Pogo Production Company, Houston, Texas
• Divestiture of 50% of the assets acquired from Pogo in the Permian Basin and Piceance Basin to Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY)

Chesapeake Energy Corporation

• Providing title research, lease acquisition, curative and abstracting services for properties and prospects covering several parishes in the Haynesville Shale in Northwest Louisiana
• Provided due diligence for properties acquired in the Haynesville Shale from EnCana and Shell with an estimated value of $63 million

Bass Enterprises Production Co.

• Acquired rights-of-way from landowners allowing cleanup of large oil spill resulting from Hurricane Katrina in the Pointe a la Hache Field in Plaquemines Parish
• Acquiring 3-D options and related documentations from landowners and providing extensive mapping covering 65 square miles including over 12,000 town lots, governmental properties, and large landowners in Lafayette and St. Martin Parishes
• Performed all title research for lease acquisition for a Tuscaloosa Marine Shale project in Tangipahoa Parish
• Lease acquisition and title research pertaining to the drilling of wells in St. bernard and Plaquemines Parishes

Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc.

• Provided property and lease acquisition, title research, abstracting, curative, and development services for Carrizo on various property acquisitions with an overall value of $450 million
• Credit facility established between Carrizo and Avista Capital in the amount of $400 million based on properties acquired in the Marcellus Shale
• Property acquisition from Infinity, out of Denver, in the amount of $25 million for Marcellus properties in West Virginia
• Property acquisition from Whitmar, out of Denver, in the amount of $25 million for Marcellus properties in New York
